  • 60 minute private comprehensive session:  Self Discovery session with Cathy
  • 60 minute session: Design your Wellness Action Path toward lifelong wellness with Cathy
  • Six 30 minute sessions which will include:
    • Create a Mind Map to set intentions and actions to achieve better balance
    • Dig deep into your “Why’s and Why Not’s
    • Assess needs vs. wants, discover priorities and uncover conflicts
    • Listen to your intuitive intelligence
    • Design Intentional Balance  
    • Understand your greater purpose
    • Create techniques to live your purpose on purpose or with intention and attention
  • Two 90 minute Emotional Clearing Method (ECM)Sessions – sequence will be determined by where needed within the Wellness Action Plan
    • ECM helps release negative emotions and limiting beliefs which may have be preventing you from living life to your fullest potential
    • This session will be followed within the week by one of the above 30-45 minute sessions to discuss and process insights gained during this session
  • 60 minute session – Moving Forward Your Continuing Journey
